We have been using Black Widow Pest Control for about 10 years now. We originally had another well-known company and were a bit hesitant to switch, but we have been more than pleased with the knowledge, service and great customer care we have received! Spiders, ants, wasps beetles, rodents – we live near a creek in SoJo and have LOTS of critter issues. But Black Widow has eliminated the problem! The only bugs we see in the house are already dead! And we have never had a mouse yet, when some of our neighbors have lots! We LOVE this company!

When we started we had a problem with ant’s and spiders they came out and went through our home so they knew what they needed to do. They have taken care of the problem and have always been friendly and seem to care about taking care of the people they are doing business with. I called Black Widow Pest Contol when I started having earwigs showing up everywhere inside and out of my home. It was so gross they where in my kitchen sink and in my bathroom tub. I called around for prices and deals from other companies on YellowPages.com. I felt like the others were inpersonable and didn’t think my problem was as big of deal as I did. I called Chris and he took me serious and came out first thing the next morning. I signed up for his quarterly service and he gave me 10% off. He was very thorough and spayed and put some granuals outside. After about two days I didnt see anymore, he told me if i had any issues within the nex 90 days he would come out free of charge. I was so pleased with his friendliness and knowledge. I felt like he was a long time friend!

We have been using Black Widow Pest Control for about two years. They have been amazing. When we first moved in to our house we had tons of spiders entering our house. We moved into a brand new house too. I finally said I was done with it and contacted them. Since then I rarely see a Spider/Bug in my house. Even if I do, I can call them in between services and they will come out free of charge. They even will set up traps for those pesky rodants that might come your way. They have a very friendly office staff. They really do care about your needs.
