I really enjoy working with this company. I feel you get a good value for the price. I don't have bugs in my home, like I did when we first purchased it. I like how many different services they offer, but don't haggle you to receiving them. They educate the customers and are very professional. The service tech's are always on time and call if there is a delay. They are very accommodating as well! I highly recommend this company! Chris is our technician, he provides great service and follows up with the service as well, always happy and pleasant to work with!

This was my second time working with professional pest control and I was on the fence about hiring people versus doing it myself. We started seeing a lot of black widows so I just decided to get people who knew what they were doing, and I'm glad that I did! They were so patient with me and came back to my house to spray again twice more when I saw more spiders a few weeks after the first treatment. (Which was free because they guarantee the treatment 30 to 90 days, depending on the treatment frequency that you pay for.) I thought about docking the review a star because they had to come back, but maybe that's part of the deal, and they did so very willingly! I think my house was just a nest, as we hadn't treated it ever since moving in, and maybe needed extra love. (Or maybe I wasn't patient enough, but the widows made me nervous with my kids.) The technician that came out was very kind and explained where the important areas to spray were, let me follow him around, sprayed anywhere specific that I requested, and answered all my questions. Thank you Black Widow Pest Control for providing great service and for being patient with me!

I’ve been using their service for about 2 years now (lawn and pest) the price is amazing compared to the competition. I wanted to just tell them thank you for always being so responsive. We came back from a trip and had spiders in the house and ants outside. I called them and the next day they were here doing an unscheduled spray at no charge to get them out. They are always there to teach me about my lawn or insects, and are always super respectful. It doesn’t feel like I’m doing business with a big corporation it feels like I’m doing business with friends.

Last year we had a very nice vacation in Moab. Unfortunately we came back with bed bugs! We had no prior experience or knowledge. But USU extension ID'ed our pest and we called Black Widow Pest Control and worked with Chris the owner. We was fantastic!!!. Personable, non judgmental, timely, knowledgeable, straight forward and truthful about our difficulty. It was not cheep but from our research we did not expect it to be. Bed Bugs are hard to get rid of but Chris eliminated our bed bugs with two applications saving us a bundle of money!
